Government of the Republic of Crimea will present before August a bill on the organisation a special economic zone in the republic, the republic’s Acting Head Sergei Aksenov told reporters on Saturday, ITAR-TASS news agency reports. “I believe, by August 1 it [the bill] will have all the provisions, and Crimea’s government will present it to the State Duma and to Russia’s government,” he said. He adds, the process of creating law’s provisions is in progress.

The head of Dnipropetrovsk regional administration Igor Kolomoysky is planning to sue Russian in Hague court for having lost capital investment from his companies in Crimea. “I sent a letter to Dmitry Medvedev with the proposition to settle the issue with the company, who owns Belbek airport ($15 million) without juridical proceedings. I propose to regulate it peacefully, because we lost those investments after Crimea had been annexed. We’ll sue Russia in Hague court on commercial issues in 6 months,” Kolomoysky told 5 Channel in an interview. Moreover, he informed about creating an association of those people who have lost their property in Crimea.

Russia is about to deploy Rostov special forces to Ukraine, Head of the Center of Military-Political Studies and coordinator of “Information Resistance” group Dmytro Tymchuk told in a press conference. “During the last weekend we’ve received facts that verify this information. Subdivisions of the special mission units (intelligence -raiding groups of brigades of special mission units of Russian GRU) are arriving in Rostov region. According to our data, commanders of these subdivisions are oriented to deploy its troops in Ukraine on July 15. This date was mentioned several times in reports, which we received.”, – he said.
