On August 19th, Russia launched a ballistic missile strike on Chernihiv, a neighbouring oblast to the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, killing seven people and injuring 129 others.
The strike was directed at the city center’s theatre, which was also hosting an exhibition of Ukrainian drones, which Russian propaganda is attempting to portray as a legitimate target.
