The problem of access of Ukrainian citizens to Ukrainian television (particularly in remote areas and areas adjacent to the occupied territories) is increasingly vital due to Russian aggression and the long-running propaganda attack on Ukraine.
Returning access of Ukrainian citizens to the information field, in which there is freedom of speech and balanced information, is a priority for the state. During the panel discussion, experts and representatives of state institutions will discuss
