Blackouts in Ukraine after Russia targeted energy infrastructure. – Weekly, Oct 23-30

4-8 hours of blackouts per day: Ukrainians are facing electricity cuts after Russian missiles hit the civilian infrastructure in the previous weeks. Russia’s warships were damaged in Sevastopol by possibly drone strikes; in response, Russia withdrew from the grain accords, which might result in a new global food crisis.
