On September 17-19, Russia is holding the parliamentary elections, not missing a chance to yet again violate international law and encroach on the sovereignty of Ukraine.

For the past weeks, the Kremlin has held a vast campaign to make Ukrainians in the occupied territories vote in the Duma elections, a move preceded by the forced passportization that affected more than 630,000 locals in the occupied parts of Ukraine’s eastern regions.
