90% of Ukrainians have a positive attitude toward U.S. President Joe Biden, and 92% of Ukrainians consider the U.S. a friendly nation toward Ukraine. This is according to a survey released by the sociological group Rating on Feb. 20, the day when U.S. President Biden pays a surprise visit to Kyiv.
