Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine, Russian aggressors have destroyed or damaged 2,927 high-rise buildings and 4,819 private houses in the Kharkiv region. This was reported by Kyrylo Tymoshenko, Deputy Head of the President’s Office, on September 8.
