The Ukrainian military have already liberated about 9,000 square kilometers from the Russian invaders since the start of September. Stabilization measures are ongoing. This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi in his September 24’s speech. According to him, about 400 settlements were liberated.
