The Russian occupiers continue perpetrating war crimes against Ukrainian citizens: they forcibly “mobilized” up to 3,000 residents of Melitopol in the Zaporizhzhia region for the war. This was reported by Ivan Fedorov, the mayor of the city, on October 17.
