A recent Kyiv International Institute of Sociology survey conducted on 21-23 October has shown that 86% of Ukrainians believe that the armed resistance against Russian aggression should continue, even if Russia keeps bombarding Ukrainian cities:
- 71% of respondents strongly agree that Ukraine should offer armed resistance, despite the ongoing massive bombardment of Ukrainian cities and destruction of infrastructure;
- another 15% of respondents also rather agree with this;
- only 10% of respondents answered that it is necessary to proceed to negotiations to stop the shelling as soon as possible, even if it is necessary to make concessions to Russia.
