The Security Service of Ukraine opened 17 criminal proceedings into the shelling of Ukraine on Tuesday, November 15, by Russia. This was stated by the acting head of the SSU, Vasyl Maliuk, the press service of the agency reported.
Cases have been opened under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — violation of the laws and customs of war.
According to one of the versions, which is currently being checked by the SSU, servicemen of the 184th Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment of the Russian Federation, which is part of the 22nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Division, were probably involved in the shelling.
