Ukrainian law enforcers discovered the bodies of 991 civilians in the territories of four regions liberated from the Russian invaders, according to the police.
“Regarding the de-occupation measures carried out by the National Police, in the de-occupied territories of Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions, the police ensured stabilization measures and restoration of law and order in 577 settlements. The operations of 15 police units have been restored, and 3,559 war crimes have been documented,” Oleksii Serheiev, a senior police official, said on November 17.
