As a result of Russia’s shelling, 80% of the buildings in Izium, Kharkiv region, have been damaged or destroyed. The occupiers also destroyed the special equipment that was on the balance sheet of the city’s utility companies. Despite the significant destruction and explosive remnant contamination, restoration work continues, the Kharkiv regional military administration reports.
