Ukraine continues liberating its sovereign territories: the AFU managed to return 1,888 settlements under government control as of December 7, according to the Ukrainian President. Almost as many villages and towns remain under occupation.
Zelenskyi reminded that hundreds of Ukrainian cities and villages were burned to the ground due to Russian strikes. The President emphasized that the fate of millions of people is being decided on the battlefield in Ukraine.
