As of today, 11,000 civilians and 15,000 military personnel are considered missing under special circumstances. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
According to the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, information about each missing person is registered and a register is kept.
