On May 11, 2022, the Russian occupiers launched missile strikes on residential neighborhoods in the village of Komyshuvakha, Zaporizhzhia district. A 50-year-old man was killed and three others were injured as a result of the shelling.
This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.
The shelling also damaged more than 50 private homes of local residents.
Under the procedural guidance of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor’s Office, criminal proceedings were instituted for violating the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
