Many villages in the Bucha district are under occupation, which is approaching a humanitarian catastrophe. The enemy is shelling the villages, blocking the opportunity for civilians to leave. Fighting and shelling continue in Hostomel, Bucha, and Irpin.
In the Brovary district, enemy vehicles are stationed on the territory of three communities and periodic chaotic shelling takes place.

🔻Chernihiv region
Fighting continues around Chernihiv. Periodically, the Russians fired on the outskirts of the city. There has been no electricity, water, or heat in all of Chernihiv for almost two weeks now. There is almost no connection anywhere in the city, most of the houses are without gas.
🔻Sumy region
The shelling of the suburbs of Sumy lasted all night.
At about 4 a.m., ammonia tanks at the Khimprom plant were damaged by shelling. There was a leak. The radius of the damage is about 2.5 kilometers, emergency crews of the plant and the SES are working.
🔻Kharkiv region
At night, shelling intensified in residential areas of Kharkiv. Fighting continues in the direction of Izium. The humanitarian cargo was delivered to Mala Rohan yesterday. Communication with 6 people who left for Vovchansk in the column was lost. This is a temporarily uncontrolled territory.
🔻Rivne region
Two missile strikes were fired. Details of the attack are being established by the commission. According to preliminary information, there are wounded and dead.
🔻Luhansk region
At night, the Russians fired on Novodruzhesk, Lysychansk, and Rubizhne. Over the past 24 hours, there were about 20 damaged or destroyed objects due to the shelling, including 3 apartment buildings and 9 private houses, a food warehouse, outbuildings, garages, and infrastructure facilities.
🔻Donetsk region
Constant shelling continued in Marinka, Ocheretyne, and Avdiivka. There was an airstrike. The Russians tried unsuccessfully to break through the Marinka.
The situation in Mariupol remains unchanged. A convoy of buses will leave Zaporizhzhia for Berdiansk today, March 21, to evacuate people who arrived there from Mariupol on their own.
🔻Mykolaiv region
There was an air-raid siren in the city. Villages near the Mykolaiv were shelled during the day. According to preliminary information, there are 3 injured. The fighting continues. Some settlements remain without electricity and heat.
🔻Kherson region
Strong explosions continue in districts bordering the Mykolaiv region. Assault rifle shots were heard in Kherson at night.
🚨 At night, air-raid sirens were at Zhytomyr, Kirovohrad, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsky, Ternopil, Lviv, Odesa, Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Zaporizhia regions. No airstrikes were recorded.
