Russian terrorists disrupted the evacuation of civilians in Izium, Kharkiv region. Despite the agreement, the occupiers did not keep their promises of armistice during the evacuation. The shelling continued for the whole day.
This was announced by Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.
Dozens of buses that followed the residents did not finally reach the city. Only 6 vehicles evacuated about 250 people.
A humanitarian convoy with food, water, warm clothes and other necessities also did not arrive in the city.
The city is practically destroyed. No electricity, gas, heat, water supplies. Mobile connection, Internet, radio and TV broadcasting also do not work in Izium. The civilians stay in bomb shelters. Representatives of the local authorities visited all the shelters to notify people about the evacuation.
According to preliminary data, more than 5,000 people wait to be evacuated. They are staying without food, without water, and heat.
This is terror by the Russian occupier against the civilian population of Ukraine!
