Infamous Russian propagandist Mikheev is making a speech here that someone (presumably the “horrible West”) is teaching other nations that they are not Russian.
Not only is this obviously a pretty nonsensical statement, it also reminds post-Soviet countries that for over 70 years their identities were actively erased to create a “Soviet person” with all Russian attributes, such as language and culture.
This is why many countries are choosing to focus on rebuilding their own identity, but imperialist Russia, of course, views such attempts as a threat.
