Russian media are not only following all too closely the staff changes in the government of a neighboring country, but are spreading outright conspiracies right in the news segment on federal channels.
Valerii Kondratiuk, new chairman of Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service, is blatantly accused in this segment of working for the US (favorite Kremlin narrative “Ukraine is governed from the outside”) and specifically CIA.
The so-called “expert” offers no proof of this statement other than his own speculation and the whole situation resembles a smear campaign that Russia still calls news for some reason.
