This is a fragment from “International sawmill” – a political comedy show in Russia, which is very loyal to Kremlin and ran by Tigran Keosayan, husband of Margarita Simonyan, editor-in-chief of Russia Today.
Hacking and disrupting electoral processes in another countries is a matter of pride here and not a sarcastic outlook on the actions of the regime, thus it is hardly a satire and more – a mechanism to reinforce support of said actions.
