Kremlin is actively promoting the message that they are more successful in handling COVID-19 pandemic, because Russia does not adhere to Western values like liberalism.
The repetitive nature of propaganda makes this message especially convincing, even though the message is far from truth.
In reality, not only are they misreporting actual statistics of coronavirus cases in the country, but also using the outbreak as means to consolidate the regime, while disregarding safety of their citizens.
