If you know that a person has died, but is considered missing, you have to find his or her comrades who were with him or her so that they can testify in court. You have to talk to the commander. You should contact only official bodies and organizations searching for prisoners, dead and missing persons. Otherwise, there is a risk of running into fraudsters who profit from other people’s misfortune.
