During the offensive, the Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated 37 km² in the Bakhmut sector and 204 km² in the South. This was reported by Hanna Malyar, Deputy Minister of Defence.
In the Kupiansk, Lymansk and Svatove directions, the Russians have concentrated people and equipment and are storming to draw our forces away from the eastern direction of the offensive. The Ukrainian Armed Forces repel all enemy attacks.
An increase in enemy shelling is recorded in all eastern areas where hostilities are taking place.
