Russia, war crimes, and international tribunals

Russia, war crimes, and international tribunals. Ukraine in Flames #210

During the seven month of Russian-Ukrainian war, the violence of the occupation army has proved the anti-human nature of the Russian regime. For years, Russian propaganda has incited hatred towards Ukrainians, trying to demonize and dehumanize them. As a result, this led to genocide of Ukrainian nation which is now being conducted by the aggressor.

Compensating for the lack of military success with war crimes and violations of all rules and laws of war, Russia is now a threat for the whole civilized world and needs to be held accountable for all crimes and atrocities. The Kremlin’s classic mechanism of denial and shifting the blame to Ukraine no longer works as now the whole world sees the real face of Russia.

Mass killing of civilians, rape, torture, inhuman treatment of POWs, terror and intimidation of the civilian population – all these Russian war crimes will be used as evidence during the international tribunal, and every Russian criminal will be held accountable, and the aggressor’s regime will be condemned.
