Russia’a terrorist attack on the residential building in Dnipro on January 14 was one of the most deadly through the course of the whole full-scale war. It killed 46 people, including 5 children, injured 80 people, and dozens were hospitalized. Eleven people are still deemed missing.
Russia used a Kh-22 missile, which is designed to destroy aircraft carriers, to target the high-rise building where about 1,700 people lived. Ukraine has already started the investigation of those responsible for this brutal attack: the Security Service of Ukraine has identified Russian occupiers involved in the crime and initiated criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the CCU (violation of laws and customs of war) to collect and summarize evidence of Russia’s terrorist attack.
Those who survived the strike have lost their homes, and some of them – their loved ones. The heartbreaking stories of the survivors of the Russian war crime in Dnipro are the focus of this Ukraine In Flames episode.
