The conflict in the Middle East brings new challenges for Ukraine in the diplomatic struggle for the attention of the world community. Moreover, Russian propaganda is trying in every possible way to use this entanglement for its purposes, in every possible way shifting the focus of attention not only from Ukraine but also from its war crimes.
The Palestinian-Israeli conflict has primarily become an additional marker of the fact that the countries of the West are ready and will do all they can to support democratic regimes and oppose terrorist threats supported by dictators.
These two wars are both similar and different because their informational component remains in the field of “good and evil” debate. At the same time, this conflict can move the interstate interaction between Ukraine and Israel from a standstill because after being subjected to a brutal, unprovoked attack and surviving the atrocities of terrorists, many points of contact appear between the countries.
UKRAINE IN FLAMES project is created by Ukraine Crisis Media Center and NGO “Euroatlantic Course”. We are aiming at searching a loud support for Ukraine in the war started by Russia on the 24th of February 2022.
