The European Union, as a supranational organization, is one of the biggest guarantors of sustainable development and economic prosperity of the member countries. During its enlargement, the EU imposes many requirements on the candidates to balance the member states’ and candidate countries’ legal and economic spheres.
Candidate governments need help implementing all these requirements, so in February, the European Economic and Social Committee launched an initiative to help. As part of this initiative, public organizations, with their expertise in various fields, will provide assistance to governments.
Ukraine needs this help because the country’s accelerated entry into the European Union will guarantee an increase in the state’s security capabilities in countering Russian aggression.
UKRAINE IN FLAMES project is created by Ukraine Crisis Media Center and NGO “Euroatlantic Course”. We are aiming at searching a loud support for Ukraine in the war started by Russia on the 24th of February 2022.
