From 24 February 2022 to 10 September 2023, the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) recorded 27,149 civilian casualties in the country. This is reported in the report of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. Of these, 9,614 were killed and 17,535 injured.
According to the Offices report, more than 1,700 children became victims of the Russian invasion, 554 of whom died.
