The car was shelled with tank machine guns. Two people – a woman and a 17-year-old girl – are dead. Four other people received shrapnel wounds, including girls aged 17 and 7.

Russian forces destroyed the railway connection Irpin-Kyiv, that prevented evacuation of residents. Five evacuation train cars for children, women and elderly people were supposed to arrive at 10:00 AM at Irpin railway station. Russian occupiers prevented the evacuation by trains by destroying the railways, Irpin mayor Olexander Markushin said. People had to cross the river through the destroyed bridge to be evacuated by buses.
