Bodies of four more people shot by the occupiers were found in Kyiv region. They were buried near the ring road near Makariv, where Russian positions were located.
This was announced by Andrii Niebytov, Police Chief of Kyiv region.
The bodies of three men, including a Czech citizen, were in the pit. The dead were shot by the occupiers. A trap with an F-1 grenade left by the Russians was found near the burial ground.
“Two people were killed in the head, one person in the abdomen. Documents of one of the victims, a Czech citizen, were found at the burial site. We have his relevant data. The other two people have not been identified yet, but they were in civilian clothes. We will look for the circumstances under which they disappeared on the territory of Ukraine,” said Andrii Niebytov.
Prior to the war, the Czech citizen worked in Ukraine as a truck driver, and with the start of hostilities he came to our country to help as a volunteer. On March 3, the foreigner stopped communicating with the relatives. The 49-year-old Czech has left his wife and brother.
Police also found the body of another local shot near the village of Rakivka. The victim of the occupiers was a former operative of the police, who was retired. During the occupation, the man went out for firewood and did not return. As it turned out, the soldiers of the Russian Federation undressed the man and shot him. The deceased was buried on the field near the battle positions of the aggressors.
“This is another fact that confirms that the Russian military has abducted people even from their own homes. Forensic scientists found traces of torture on the body of the deceased. The presence of gunshot wounds in the torso area was also clearly recorded,” said the Kyiv Region Police Chief.
As of May 2, 1,202 bodies of civilians killed by the Russian military had been found in Kyiv Oblast.
