Yesterday all along the frontline military chaplains congratulated Ukrainian servicemen with Easter. Specifically, the priests of the NGO “First Ukrainian battalion of military chaplains” visited Avdiivka to greet the soldiers with Christ’s resurrection. They brought Easter cakes, pysanky (Ukrainian Easter eggs) and sweets. Soldiers told the guests about daily enemy attacks taking place regardless of ceasefire, the weapons the enemy uses, and assured them that they will leave their positions only in one case: if they have to attack.
