Russians killed 341 Ukrainian children during the full-scale invasion

More than 972 children suffered in Ukraine during 4 months of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation. As of June 30, according to official information from juvenile prosecutors, 341 children were killed and more than 631 injured.

This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

These figures are not final, as work is underway to establish the facts in places of active hostilities, in the temporarily occupied and liberated territories. Children suffered the most in the Donetsk region – 338, Kharkiv region – 185, Kyiv region – 116, Chernihiv region – 68, Luhansk region – 60, Mykolaiv region – 53, Kherson region – 52, Zaporizhia region – 31. 

  • On June 27, two boys aged 13 and 15 were wounded in Lysychansk, Luhansk region, as a result of shelling by Russian troops.
  • On June 29, the occupiers once again shelled the Chuhuyiv district of the Kharkiv region. An 11-year-old girl was injured.

2096 educational institutions were damaged due to bombing and shelling by the Russian armed forces. Of these, 215 were completely destroyed.
