As a result of Russia’s aggression in Ukraine, 3,798 educational institutions have been bombed and shelled since the start of the full-scale invasion. 365 of them have been completely destroyed. This was reported by Dmytro Lubinets, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
