President Petro Poroshenko proposes to close up regional and district administrations in order to impose an Institute of President’s representatives in regions. It follows from an analysis of the new changes to the Constitution, made by Poroshenko’s team headed by the former minister of justice Roman Zvarych. The document proposes to close up regional and district administrations. Their responsibilities will be transferred to the executive boards of local councils.
