A group of terrorists, who were planning an attack on deputy governor of Dnipropetrovsk region Boris Filatov, the commander of Dnepr-1 battalion Yuiry Bereza, and the leader of Right Sector party Dmytro Yarosh, has been captured by security officers on June 24, Filatov told journalists at the briefing in Dnipropetrovsk. He also informed that terrorists were planning to blow up special train with military equipment and power convertor to leave the city without water and electricity.
