Russian terrorists fired on a village in the Kharkiv region. 7 people died, including a 7-year-old boy

On March 27, 2022, the Russian occupants fired artillery at the village of Oskil, Izium district, Kharkiv region. As a result, a house was damaged, 4 people died, including a 7-year-old boy. A 4-year-old child was injured. 

Also in other parts of the village, 3 more people were killed during the shelling, including a 16-year-old boy. Four people were injured. 

This was reported in the Office of the Prosecutor General. 

Under the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into criminal proceedings for violating the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). 

The pre-trial investigation into the criminal proceedings is being carried out by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine Office in Kharkiv region.
