Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko has reassigned Volodymyr Shandra the head of Kyiv state administration. The following decrees №706 and №707 have been published on the official website, news agency reports.

There has been an attempt to overthrown the ruling in a terrorists DPR’s group, the head of the Center for Political and Military Studies Dmytro Tymchuk has informed on his Facebook page. “Immediately after the leaders of this terrorist organization headed for Minsk negotiations, there was an attempt to “overthrow the ruling”, as their minister of state defence Lenya Baranov said,” Tymchuk writes.

The so-called Crimean Council of ministers decided to create a department on Cossacks. The decision was made at the Cossacks’ ceremonial review in Simferopol where all Cossacks’ community of Crimea had been invited.
