According to them, the so-called DPR’s “ministry of public health service” has closed up the regional all local health service departments. All doctors are being forced to sign agreements with DPR’s “ministry of public health service”. Those who are against will be sacked.

Crimea self-defense forces have made a list of Mejlis representatives, that should be liquidated, Crimean Tatar leader Mustafa Jemilev said. According to Jemilev, such lists have already been made in Crimea’s Bakhchisaray and Sudak regions. Jemilev also noted, that, in response to these actions, Crimean Tatars may make their lists of self-defense officers, emphasizing that Crimean Tatars, as they always do, will stick to principle of non-violence, that is traditional to Crimean Tatar national movement.

The so-called “Legislative assembly of Sevastopol” at its first session elected Alexey Chaly the head of the Sevastopol Legislative Assembly unanimously. Alexey Chaly, an ex-director of the Tavrida Electric, became the unofficial mayor during the protests on February 23. He was the acting governor of Sevastopol on April 1-14. He became the head of the Sevastopol Strategic Development Agency. Vyacheslav Aksyonov from United Russia party had proposed his candidacy.

In the morning on September 22, in an occupied Antratsyt city local citizens were demanding to return the city to the normal life. Gunmen threat to shoot down everybody who will be protesting against Russian Cossacks in Antratsyt. The main question people were interested in was when wages, pensions and social allowances would be paid. The so-called local authorities promised to shoot down people if they gathered once more. “They told us as long as our Antratsyt is under the control of gunmen, we need to forget what it is wages and pensions, not mentioning social allowances,” locals said.
