EU to announce €50 billion aid package for Ukraine’s economic recovery

According to a recent report by Bloomberg on June 20, the European Union is set to put forward a substantial aid package of $55 billion dollars (50 billion euros) for Ukraine prior to the London donor conference.

The proposal by the European Commission aims to provide assistance to Kyiv in addressing its immediate expenses and pressing reconstruction needs through a combination of grants, concessional loans, and guarantees.

This financial support is expected to contribute significantly to Ukraine’s ongoing efforts in recovering from economic challenges and rebuilding vital infrastructure.
