As a result of the actions of the Russian military in Izyum, Kharkiv region, 80% of buildings were damaged or destroyed. This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Despite significant destruction and contamination of the area with explosives, restoration work continues. The occupants also destroyed special equipment that was on the balance sheet of Izyum communal enterprises.
“In this matter, we will appeal for assistance to the territorial communities of Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv and other regions. We count on support, unfortunately, Izyum suffered the most from the occupants, the city was destroyed by 80%. Everyone knows about it. Therefore, local authorities need to establish closer partnerships,” said Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration
