The United States and Germany each announced on January 25 they will send contingents of tanks to Ukraine, intensely improving Ukraine’s prospects to retake its territory seized by Russia. The Russian propaganda machine has had a hard time trying to discredit the allies’ military support, just a few absurd lies that they have come up with:
- portraying the tanks as “useless” and “inappropriate” for the battlefield in Ukraine;
- spreading fake news about their “danger for Ukrainians’ health”;
- blaming Ukraine’s partners for (again!) bringing the world closer to nuclear war with the new aid packages.
