In the Kharkiv region, in the village of Pisky-Radkivski, Ukrainian authorities found a torture chamber, where Russians abused locals, veterans, and prisoners of war. Serhii Bolvinov, head of the Investigative Department of the National Police in the Kharkiv region, announced this.

After the liberation of the village of Pisky-Radkivski, local residents contacted the police that the occupiers were holding prisoners in the basement of one of the houses – local residents, veterans, and prisoners from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The police are aware of the torture of burying alive and using a gas mask with a smoldering rag. A dildo, a box with torn dentures, wires with ropes, and a report on interrogation of one of the men who were there were also found in the torture chamber.

“The police know the names of the servicemen who were abused by the Russians,” stated Serhii Bolvinov, head of the National Police Investigation Department in the Kharkiv region
