According to Oleksandr Starukh, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine, Russian occupiers have kidnapped almost 500 Ukrainian citizens in the Zaporizhzhia region. More than 200 Ukrainians are still being held in captivity.
