Russian occupiers destroyed all settlements of the Luhansk region. Whole streets are now unfit for life, says the head of the Luhansk regional state administration Serhiy Haidai.
“There is not a single settlement in Luhansk region that has NOT suffer from the Russians. Our cities are now multi-storey ruins. Each district is like a horror movie. Entire neighborhoods and streets are uninhabitable, ” said Serhiy Haidai.
According to Haidai, the Russians have already ruined 66 lives, but it is still unknown how many more bodies are still at the scene of the shooting.
“In 25 days we became stronger. We will endure, we will win, we will rebuild everything. Luhansk region will be different, and we will not forget nor forgive – the Russians must understand this,” Haidai said.
