During the year of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine managed to return 1863 people. Among them are military and civilians. This was reported by Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets.
The last exchange of prisoners took place on February 16. This time, 101 people were returned to the government-controlled territory: 100 military and 1 civilian.
