This is a face of disgusting Russian diplomacy – Petr Tolstoy, Deputy Chairman of State Duma and Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
Tolstoy here blatantly insults Alison LeClaire, Ambassador of Canada to Russia, and wishes her to “burn in hell” for her support of local LGBT communities, members of which he snubs as well along with spreading homophobic conspiracies and Kremlin propaganda.
