After 6 months of a large-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia keeps terrorizing Ukrainians. Now, Russian occupiers install metal cages in Mariupol Philharmonic to establish a fake “trial” of Ukrainian prisoners of war (including Azov soldiers) in Mariupol.
To justify this cynicism, the Kremlin propaganda keeps demonizing and dehumanizing the Azov regiment, trying to blame Ukraine for the killing of Daria Dugina, the daughter of Russian ultranationalist and Putin’s ally Alexandre Dugin.
The killing may also be used as a formal excuse for new tortures and massacres of Ukrainian POWs and civilians. Depriving prisoners of war of the right to a fair trial, Russia commits another war crime, which needs to be condemned by the world community and become another proof in the Hague.
