Russian terrorist attack causes humanitarian disaster of international scale

On June 6, Russia committed another terrorist act and blew up the Kakhovka dam causing flooding in southern Ukraine. This is a huge economic catastrophe for humans, animals, and nature.

While Russian propaganda is already blaming the Ukrainian side for the tragedy, promoting the narrative about the Ukrainian government “going all in to persuade Western partners to speed up the arms supply to Ukraine” and “hide the failure of Ukrainian counter-offensive with a new tragedy”, Ukrainian authorities and volunteer initiatives are now organizing the evacuation from the flooded territories, doing everything possible to save people and animals.

The catastrophe is not limited to people losing their homes and animals dying but also includes the leak of machine oil into the Dnipro River, intensified mine danger, and flooded crop areas. This brutal act of aggression once again proves Russia is a terrorist state that commits war crimes with impunity before the entire civilized world.
