Russia’s use of the ZNPP is a threat to world security because it not only causes the emission of radiation to increase but also creates a dangerous precedent.
It is also impossible not to note that such flirting with nuclear energy is a gross violation of all possible norms of international law, customs of war, and even common sense.
Essential to understand that the very possibility of committing an accident gives Russia incredible psychological leverage. They are use as a tool of hybrid warfare.
